ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Legacy Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. LCA does not discriminate based on race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and other school-controlled programs.
Application Procedure:
Initially, prospective parents and students are encouraged to take the valuable opportunity to schedule an informational campus tour of Legacy Christian Academy by calling the school to set up a time.
To begin the application process for LCA, please complete the online Application Form and submit the $100 nonrefundable application fee. An entrance screening and parent interview will be scheduled through the school office, as this is a key step. Applicants should provide a copy of their most recent report card or transcripts at the entrance screening appointment. Once accepted, you’ll receive an email with a link to help you complete the enrollment process online

At Legacy Christian Academy, we proudly uphold a selection process that ensures our students are well-suited for our dynamic learning environment. Our criteria are clear: we focus on available openings in each grade level, require an entrance screening, and conduct a purposeful interview with our administration team. For students entering grades 1 through 6, we request their most recent report card to gain insights into their academic journey. We take into account key elements such as family dynamics, academic performance, attitude, and overall behavior. For our K5 through 6th grade applicants, the entrance screening is essential in determining if they are performing at the appropriate grade level. Those who meet or exceed our expectations will be admitted to their desired grade. If a student’s performance is not at the expected level, we will place them in the grade that aligns with their achievements, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. Legacy Christian Academy does not accept transfer students whose performance does not meet our rigorous standards. We maintain high expectations for academic and behavioral conduct, which means students with significant disciplinary issues from previous schools will not be admitted. Enrollment is ultimately based on a genuine desire to attend LCA, along with a commitment to uphold our school’s policies and standards of conduct. Enrollment/Reenrollment:
Beginning in February, enrollments for the fall term are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Transfer students may be accepted throughout the school year. To enroll in five-year-old kindergarten (K5), students must turn five years old by August 1. Therefore, students enrolling in or 4-year-old kindergarten (K4), must turn 4 on or before August 1.
Health Records:
All K4 through 6th grade students must have the following on file at LCA:
Immunization certificates must be submitted within the first two weeks of enrollment. All other health forms are required within the first 30 days of enrollment. All students new to Tennessee schools must transfer immunization records to a Tennessee form and submit a physical dated within one year of attending the Tennessee school for the first time.
Orientation:
An orientation meeting will be scheduled. Teachers will contact parents to set up appointment times. We ask that students not attend to allow for unhindered communication between parents and teachers.

Pre-K – 4th Grade: $6,500
5th & 6th Grade: $7,500
Multiple Student Discounts
If a family has more than one student enrolled at Legacy Christian Academy, they can take advantage of our multiple-student discount program. The first child pays the full tuition, but any additional siblings will get a $1,500 discount each. This makes it easier for families with multiple kids to manage the overall cost of attending LCA.
